Tingley Custom Rods will offer an estimate for the cost of each rod.  Included in the estimate will be an expected shipping date. Clients will be expected remit 50% of the cost before design and building begin.

 

Shipping costs are in addition to the price of the rod.

 

Tingley Custom Rods uses the finest components available in its rod builds.  Should a component fail within a year of the shipping date, the rod owner should contact Tingley Custom Rods immediately and may be asked to return the rod.  Tingley Custom Rods will request the manufacturer’s assessment of whether the component failure is the result of misuse, or a faulty component.  In the case of a faulty component, the rod will either be repaired or replaced without charge (shipping may be additional).  In the case of misuse, the rod will be repaired or replaced at a cost of 70% of the original price.

Every rod is accompanied by instructions for rod care and how to avoid major rod problems that could result in breakage.
